Simon leads MNP’s Digital Advisory practice in British Columbia. Drawing on close to two decades of project management, business analysis, and consulting experience, Simon helps clients understand technology in a way that allows them to better manage their technology decisions. He helps organizations strategize around appropriate technology for their business, both now and into the future. He helps organizations understand how to optimize their technology ecosystems and use technology to accelerate the speed of thought and decision.

Simon has managed project teams and stakeholders across Canada, as well as globally in the U.S and Europe. He has been instrumental in implementing a wide range of projects up to multimillion-dollar custom applications. He has played a pivotal role in developing MNP’s solution selection framework and is highly sought after for his expertise in digital transformation solution selection across various sectors and industries 

Simon earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in geography and economics from Coventry University and a PGCert in Education (PGCE) in geography from Oxford University. He is familiar with the project management body of knowledge (PMBoK) and best practices in project management. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Project Management Institute (PMI) member. Experienced in adapting project management approach to meet the needs of project size or makeup, including both agile (especially SCRUM) traditional (waterfall), or hybrid approach, Simon is certified in Prosci Organizational Change Management methodologies, together with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) IT Service Management certification in technology management.
