Spenser is a member of MNP’s Tax Services team in Sudbury-Bouchard. He delivers Canadian tax advisory services to owner-managed small businesses, individuals, corporations, and trusts, with more than a decade of experience focused solely on tax. Spenser collaborates with his clients and their advisory team to help them minimize tax, both current and upon succession, to preserve wealth for future generations. He works hard to understand their business and come up with practical solutions tailored to their unique situation.

Spenser works with a wide variety of businesses, including contractors and residential and commercial construction firms; mining contractors and mining construction companies; medical and other healthcare professionals, including doctors and dentists; financial and investment services providers; and food and other service providers, including restaurants and retail.

He helps clients with corporate restructuring, planning, and implementation of corporate reorganizations to achieve client objectives, succession and estate planning, and the purchase and sale of private businesses.

Spenser earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting from Nipissing University in 2012. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2015 and completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program in 2019.
