Stewart Young,

Stewart is a member of MNP’s Consulting Services team in Victoria. With close to two decades of public sector experience, he takes a relationship-driven approach to understanding and solving his clients’ toughest business challenges. He is dedicated to helping government and public sector agencies develop policies and deliver services to citizens more effectively and efficiently.

Stewart works with public sector organizations of all types, including municipal, provincial, and federal governments; Crown corporations; regulatory agencies; higher education institutions; and utilities.

His services include government services design and operations, public sector finance and budgeting, economic development, project and program management, policy advisory, and program evaluation.

Prior to joining MNP, Stewart was a director at a Big Four firm and previous to that, a director at the B.C. Ministry of Finance.

Stewart earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Victoria in 2002 and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Simon Fraser University in 2006.
