Terry is a member of MNP’s Agriculture Services team in Regina. Terry is committed to agricultural excellence, growth, and innovation. He is dedicated to helping his clients progress and achieve their business goals.

Terry grew up on a family farm, where he gained a lifelong passion for the agricultural industry and the land. With years of experience working on his family farm and then leading its growth, he founded an agronomic consulting firm in 2005. In 2009, Terry was named Business Builder of the Year and 2011-2012 Canadian Agri-Coach of the Year.

In 2015, he co-founded an Ag Solutions company that has played a pivotal role in introducing Bio-Sul Premium Plus, a recycled elemental sulphur product, to the market. Terry co-founded another company in 2015 to advance business technologies across health, food, and agriculture.

Terry is committed to his community and to advancing the future of the agricultural industry. He is a Farm Management Canada board member, attends progressive programs such as Strategic Coach, and implements the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to advance his leadership and business skills.
