Vedran is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Sudbury. With more than a decade of public accounting experience, Vedran helps his clients progress in their business journey, from start up and acquisition, to succession and sale, and every step in between. He is a clear, to-the-point communicator, allowing clients to learn and grow their business knowledge and move forward with confidence.

Vedran works closely with owner-managed businesses; large corporate groups with complex intercompany transactions; real estate joint ventures and partnerships; all types of professional corporations, including medical, dental, and legal; service corporations, including franchises and service providers; not-for-profit organizations; and non-resident corporations.

Vedran’s services encompass core compliance, including financial statements and corporate tax returns for audits, reviews, and Notice to Reader statements; and all-inclusive corporate tax planning, provided annually in conjunction with tax compliance. This includes tax minimization planning for groups of companies and individuals. He also helps clients with the tax implications of real estate transactions, succession and estate planning, sales and acquisitions, valuation work, and financing.

Vedran earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (HBComm) from Laurentian University in 2012. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2015 and completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax program in 2018.

Vedran is multilingual in English, French, Croatian, and German. He is president of the Sudbury Indoor Tennis Centre and a board member of Cinéfest Sudbury International Film Festival.
