He is skilled at providing assurance services, including audited and reviewed financial statements in accordance with Canadian accounting standards for private enterprises. Wade also helps with tax planning and compliance.

Wade received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 1999. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2001. Wade is a member of the board of directors of the Grande Prairie Hospice Palliative Care Society.
