AnnexPark Capital, formed by Stephen Luengo and Alan Lever, has made an equity investment in Distinctive Wood Products Inc., founded more than 25 years ago by Joe and Sue Duimering. Distinctive is the leading Ontario manufacturer of MDF doors, dovetails drawers and kitchen accessories and is based out of Kitchener, ON.
Distinctive will continue to be run by the company's president and founder, Joe Duimering, and the existing members of the senior management team. The investment by AnnexPark will allow the company to grow and take the business to the next level.
