FourQuest Energy Inc. (FourQuest), headquartered in Edmonton, AB, divests its Alberta-based Nitrogen Services business to Air Liquide Canada Inc. (Air Liquide Canada).

FourQuest is a global provider of pre-commissioning chemical cleaning, pipeline, and specialty industrial services for the energy, petrochemical, and mining sectors. Operating from offices in Canada, the U.S., the Middle East, Africa, and the Caspian region, FourQuest delivers engineered solutions that shorten schedules, lower total project costs, and improve safety performance.

The divestiture sharpens FourQuest’s focus on its core pre-commissioning, pipeline, chemical cleaning, and other industrial services while simultaneously advancing the company’s global strategy to deliver these best-in-class solutions to major energy infrastructure, petrochemical, power, and mining projects worldwide.

FourQuest remains headquartered in Edmonton and continues to serve Canadian customers with its full suite of other services including tank cleaning, heat exchanger cleaning, chemical cleaning, steam and air blowing, oil flushing, and a comprehensive range of pipeline services. FourQuest’s Canadian operations remain a strategic priority as the company deepens relationships with domestic energy, petrochemical, power, and mining clients.
