À La Bouffe is a family-owned business that has been in the restaurant industry for almost 30 years. Over the years, À La Bouffe opened and acquired restaurants in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, but also in other regions of the province, for a total of 59 franchise locations, mainly under the Subway brand.
Groupe Sushi Taxi is a chain of sushi restaurants comprised of 12 company-owned restaurants and nine franchisees located in select areas across Québec.
À La Bouffe believes that Groupe Sushi Taxi's acquisition is the next step in its growth strategy. This acquisition will allow À La Bouffe to continue to diversify its operations and to expand the franchise division of Groupe Sushi Taxi.
