Groupe Marcelle has acquired Lise Watier Cosmétiques. MNP Corporate Finance Inc. acted as the financial and tax advisor to Groupe Marcelle with regards to the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québecs investment in the transaction that led to the acquisition of Lise Watier Cosmétiques.

This acquisition is in line with Marcelle’s strategic growth plan, enabling the diversification of the company’s portfolio with the addition of a prestigious and complimentary brand. This acquisition also brings Marcelle one step closer to reaching its ambitious objective of becoming one of the 100 largest global cosmetics manufacturers.
With now 360 people working out of the company’s head office in Montreal, Marcelle offers a complete line of over 1,000 cosmetics, skincare products and fragrance products for both men and women.
