Since it founding in 2010, Synairtech has specialized in the sale and installation of ventilation, air conditioning and heating products in commercial and industrial sectors. Synairtech also offers preventive maintenance services for those equipments. The Company is located at Saint-Hyacinthe, where it operates a sheet metal processing plant for ventilation ducts in Boucherville. With a team of 30 employees dedicated to customer satisfaction, the company is renowned in the industry for its high-quality products and services.
The buyer group is a consortium of several companies, including Pyrogaz, Desrosiers, Climcô Service, and Réfrigération Centre-du-Québec. These companies specialize in ventilation, air conditioning, heating, industrial processes, energy recovery, and refrigeration. They operate in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. The group employs a team of 125 people in the Centre-du-Québec and Bois-Francs regions.
This transaction allowed Synairtech's shareholders to implement a smooth ownership transition with a focus on continuity for its clientele, growth, and the sustainability of the business.
