Landmark Student Transportation (“Landmark”) is the 6th largest provider of student and special needs transportation in North America. Landmark operates a fleet of approximately 5,000 vehicles across the USA and the province of Ontario.
This transaction provides the shareholders of Martin’s with liquidity after decades of involvement in the company. For Landmark, this transaction bolsters its presence in Eastern Ontario and contributes to the Company’s growth objectives.
