This transaction allowed the shareholders of Urban Impact Recycling Ltd. (Urban Impact) to divest the assets of their Calgary division and focus on the continued growth and success of the B.C. operations.
Urban Impact began providing waste management and recycling services in Calgary, Alberta in 2010 when the company expanded operations into the area through a strategic acquisition. Urban Impact’s Calgary division provides shredding, paper and cardboard recycling, mixed recycling and organic collection solutions.
Environmental 360 Solutions (E360S) provides environmental and waste management solutions to municipalities and commercial customers. E360S is based in Toronto, Ontario and operates in Cornwall, ON; Alberta cities Calgary, Red Deer, Medicine Hat; and the Okanagan, B.C.
