Corporate Finance

Our projects have ranged from raising $18 million of equity capital for a First Nation casino to helping with the due diligence of a joint venture. There are countless options for Indigenous businesses to expand, raise equity or divest. Our goal is to help uncover the solutions that will create the greatest value for owners and stakeholders. Whether a business is considering a merger, needs to increase cashflow or requires a trusted advisor to provide due diligence, MNP Corporate Finance can provide trusted insight and strategic advice.
