Tax
We tailor our business and personal taxation services to meet the unique needs of our Indigenous clients, companies, owner-managed businesses and individuals. We assist in structuring your Nation’s economic development entities — working with your legal advisors to ensure you obtain the highest level of liability protection, retain the maximum amount of benefits and safeguard your business, assets and community.
We also help you create a management structure with defined roles and responsibilities to support your corporate tax obligations. MNP brings a deep understanding of how the Indian Act and Canadian tax legislation relates to personal tax and property rights. Whether you live on reserve or off, we understand the unique conditions that impact Indigenous peoples and help you maximize your tax benefits as a status Indian.
