Succession

You've worked hard to build a successful practice. To get the most out of your life’s work, you need a comprehensive succession plan, tailored to your unique situation and plans.

We offer the most comprehensive succession planning service on the market through ExitSMART™, our proprietary program that ensures you reach your personal and business goals upon retirement.

Through ExitSMART™, we start by taking a close look at your practice’s current state and valuation. From there, we identify ways to maximize value and possible candidates to transition ownership to — whether a family member, associate or outside buyer. We also consider your personal retirement objectives, providing detailed estate plans, financial planning services, and tax strategies to minimize taxes on the sale of your practice.

Finally, we help ease the transition by creating a comprehensive timeline and meeting regularly to discuss your progress on reaching key milestones.
