Caitlin is the National Enterprise Transformation Leader at MNP, focused on organizational strategy, operational efficiency, and large-scale transformation.

With both consulting professional services and industry experience, Caitlin’s philosophy is that technology is only as good as the processes and organizational practices that exist to support a business’s desired outcomes. She drives value by bringing together people, strategy, programs, and organizational structure, and redefining processes to reimagine an organization’s operations.

Her expertise and collaborative approach deliver significant transformational improvements, helping everyone from front line staff to C-suite executives and board members.

Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in communications from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Arts (MA) from the University of Leeds Business School in organizational communication and operational efficiency.

Active in helping her local community, Caitlin is a member of the Junior League of Calgary, which focuses on at-risk youth and supporting young mothers.
