Caitlin is a Partner with MNP's Digital practice, focusing on organizational strategy and transformation.

With both consulting professional services and industry experience, Caitlin’s philosophy is technology is only as good as the processes and organizational practices that exist to support a business’s desired outcomes. She drives value by bringing together people, strategy, programs, and organizational structure, and redefining processes to reimagine an organization’s operations.

Caitlin has successfully led programs of various sizes in multiple sectors including the public sector, post-secondary, retail, power and utilities, First Nations, oil and gas, financial institutions, consumer packaged goods, and technology. Her expertise and collaborative approach deliver significant transformational improvements, helping everyone from front line staff to C-suite executives and board members.

Caitlin earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ottawa and a Master’s from the University of Leeds Business School in the UK, specializing in organizational communication and operational efficiency.

Active in helping her local community, Caitlin is a member of the Junior League of Calgary, which focuses on at-risk youth and supporting young mothers.
