Director, Business Development

Cam is MNP’s Director, Business Development in the Calgary region. With a proven track record of creating value for the firm’s existing clients through his experiences, networks, and connections, Cam seeks opportunities to help create value for new clients as well.

With more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance, corporate governance, management and financial reporting, Cam has held several executive roles in both private and public companies. He helps clients in a variety of industries, including technology, media, and telecommunications, oil and gas and energy services, oil and gas exploration and production, manufacturing, logistics, financial services, food and beverage, and real estate and construction. He is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and founders in startup and growth stage companies.

Prior to his current role, Cam was instrumental in leading MNP Calgary’s Cloud Accounting Services and External Financial Advisory team, assisting clients on their accounting and finance functions, from bookkeeping to executive level and strategic consulting.

Cam also spent several years as Vice President, MNP Corporate Finance in Calgary, advising on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing options. 

Cam earned an Applied Degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from Mount Royal College in 2007. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2010.

Dedicated to giving back to the community, Cam regularly participates in charitable events in the Calgary region.
