Carole is a Partner with MNP’s Digital Services team in Montréal and leads the firm’s Managed Services practice. A dynamic professional with more than 25 years of experience in IT operations, digital transformation, business solutions, and strategic growth, she brings a proven history of championing innovative and transformational projects to her role.

Carole focuses on driving profitability, expanding organizational capabilities, and improving business infrastructure. Passionate about leveraging technology to streamline operations, enhance client experiences, and deliver measurable business impact, she delivers results that reach beyond organizational expectations, creating a win-win scenario for all involved.

Prior to joining MNP, Carole was the chief operating officer at a large managed services provider with more than 400 team members across the country. Previously, she held key leadership roles at three major Canadian corporations doing business around the world.
