Charanjot is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Mississauga, delivering high quality assurance and advisory services to public and private companies, as well as companies that are going public. Charanjot provides clear, practical guidance on complex financial and regulatory matters and delivers timely, tailored solutions to help his clients achieve their strategic business goals.

Charanjot works closely with companies that comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP). He helps companies in a variety of industries, including mining and exploration; technology, media, and telecommunications; and e-commerce, among others. His services include public filing requirements, go-public transactions, public offerings, and complex accounting and financial instruments.

Charanjot earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA, co-operative) in accounting and a Graduate Diploma in accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2016. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2019.
