Dean is a member of MNP’s Digital Services team in Toronto. Dean is focused on helping clients align business transformation and strategic digital enablement, with key organizational objectives. He has advised many of Canada's leading companies and global brands, in both an advisory and implementation capacity, for more than two decades.

Dean is a leader in the areas of digital strategy and transformation, business and technology alignment, IT function effectiveness, business applications planning, and information architecture and governance. Further depth of experience includes IT due diligence and value creation, business process re-engineering / optimization, change management, client relationship management, case management, sales force and marketing automation, systems and software implementation, and release management. He has a wide breadth of experience across a range of industries, including retail, telecommunications, financial services, private equity, public and not-for-profit sectors, manufacturing, real estate and construction, health care and pharmaceuticals, media and entertainment, and utilities.

Dean earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in business management from the University of Toronto, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 Certification, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
