Donna Fuller, CPA, CA

Donna is a Partner in MNP’s Forensics and Litigation Support Services practice in Vancouver. She has specialized in forensics since 2004, working both in Canada and internationally.

Donna helps organizations across all industry sectors and serves business of all sizes, from family-owned enterprises to multinational public companies. She helps her clients navigate what are often stressful situations with clarity, discretion, and integrity. She takes a practical and collaborative approach to complex engagements, translating technical findings into clear, actionable insights and strategies.

Donna is experienced in working with government regulators to explain investigation results on behalf of clients, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice, and the RCMP in Canada.

In addition to investigations and litigation support, Donna is experienced in helping clients with fraud risk management, including fraud risk management frameworks, policy development, fraud risk assessments, fraud risk training, and vendor management (due diligence and contract review). Her services also include merger and acquisition transaction due diligence, evaluating fraud and corruption risk related to a deal. This includes acquisition targets, joint venture partners, and key vendors through vendor integrity reviews; as well as anti-money laundering regulatory reviews.

Prior to joining MNP, Donna was a partner at a Big Four firm, where she worked for 17 years, in Vancouver, New York, and Brazil.

Donna earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in psychology from the University of British Columbia in 1994. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1998.
