Dwaine Grynke, CA is a Regional Assurance Partner in MNP’s Edmonton office. Committed to helping his clients achieve their goals, Dwaine provides a full range of compliance and taxation services including audits, reviews, compilations, basic tax planning, and tax preparation.

Dwaine’s extensive experience working with private, public and nonprofit organizations allows him to provide value-added audit and review engagements so his clients meet regulatory, financing and governmental requirements efficiently and effectively. His experience encompasses businesses in all industries and has worked with many clients in the technology, construction and manufacturing sectors.

A key member of the firm’s assurance team, Dwaine is responsible for researching and resolving complex accounting and assurance issues for the Edmonton region as well as the development and delivery of various assurance courses for the firm. Dwaine is also an active member of MNP’s internal office practice review program.

Dwaine earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and was designated a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2001. A strong believer in the value of sports, he has served on the board of the Stollery Slo-Pitch Organizing Committee and as a volunteer referee for the Edmonton Flag Football Association. He is also the board financial advisor for SAMM Ministries Inc.
