Eric Duguay, CPA auditeur

Having obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 1989, Eric Duguay made his professional start in two firms before opening his own practice (1992).

His firm offers a broad array of accounting, taxation and consulting services to private enterprises in Gaspésie in various sectors, including manufacturing, processing, fisheries and professional services. Not-for-profit organizations are also part of his extensive client list. 

In response to growing demand from clients and to support his firm’s rapid growth, Eric has chosen to join the large MNP family. Since January 2022, he has been acting as an associate in the Assurance and Accounting division of MNP’s Gaspé office.

As part of his duties, Eric oversees the successful delivery of highly diversified mandates, bringing to bear his outstanding business support expertise. With the valuable collaboration of his team, he sees to, among other things, the production of financial statements and annual tax returns for companies and individuals in business.

Drawing on more than 30 years of professional experience, Eric is recognized for his interpersonal skills and unfailing diligence. He is an experienced manager who takes particular care to respond point by point to the actual needs of his clients. Within each of the mandates entrusted to him, Eric always makes certain that budgets and timetables are strictly adhered to, while ensuring service delivery that meets the profession’s highest standards of quality. 

Eric is an engaged citizen who for many years has also worked with organizations promoting the personal and professional interests of diverse communities.
