Geoff Rodrigues, CPA, CA, ORMP, CIA, is a Partner in the Enterprise Risk Services practice with over 10 years of public practice experience in Assurance and Advisory. Throughout his career, Geoff has had the opportunity to work with a broad base of clients in industries such as manufacturing, telecommunications, insurance, health care, banking, advertising, real estate and energy. Geoff has been providing consulting services in the areas of Regulatory Compliance under National Instrument (“NI”) 52-109 and Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit.

Geoff specializes in helping companies maximize opportunities, reduce risk exposure and optimize operations through Enterprise Risk Management consulting, operational risk assessments, governance effectiveness training, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 and National Instrument 52-109 compliance, internal auditing, compliance auditing, value-for-money auditing and quality assurance reviews.

After earning his Bachelor of Commerce degree at Ryerson University, Geoff obtained his Chartered Accountant (CA) and Operational Risk Management Professional (ORMP) designations. Geoff is a frequent speaker on risk management topics, including the CICA’s In-depth GAAP program on internal controls over financial reporting, the CICA’s Financial Reporting Annual Conference on International Financial Reporting Standards and Infonex on Implementing Anti-Fraud programs.
