Gillian is an advisor with MNP’s Private Enterprise Services team in Vancouver, supporting small to mid-sized businesses through every stage of their growth journey. She works closely with owners and management teams to build resilient organizations through cash flow forecasting, strategic planning, and financial performance management.

With a diverse background spanning professional services and international industry experience, Gillian brings CFO-level insights to help clients translate financial data into sound business decisions. She enhances financial reporting processes, aligning operational goals with long-term strategy, and strengthening budgeting and forecasting capabilities to support sustainable growth.

Prior to joining MNP, Gillian worked in strategic planning and cash flow management for investment funds in aviation assets, giving her a unique perspective on capital-intensive industries and cross-border operations. She also gained private enterprise assurance experience at a Big Four firm, sharpening her technical foundation.

Gillian holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from the University of Alberta and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying in 2016. She also earned the ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) Investing Certificate, now called the Sustainable Investing Certificate, from the CFA Institute in 2022.
