Gurprit Mann, CPA, CA, MBA is a Partner in MNP’s Vancouver office. In practice since 1998, Gurprit delivers accounting, audit, tax and advisory services to public and private companies, not-for-profit organizations and professionals such as physicians, dentists, pharmacists, optometrists, lawyers and engineers.

Working closely with his private business clients, Gurprit advises on tax planning and provides audit, review and notice to reader financial statement services. One of his specialties is developing customized tax plans for each of his clients. He also consults on incorporation, corporate reorganizations and business strategy. Gurprit’s services for public companies include audits, financial and regulatory reporting, consulting on the requirements of transactions under IFRS and assisting with offering documents.

Gurprit combines a high level of technical expertise with a commitment to providing excellent service to help clients resolve issues and achieve their goals. Throughout his career, he has taught professional development courses to other designated accountants and has also lectured in the Continuing Studies department at Langara College. He often speaks on current accounting and tax issues at industry and networking events.

Gurprit is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2001, scoring in the top 10 per cent in B.C. on the entrance exam. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
