Janna is a Partner in MNP’s Tax Services group, based in Cranbrook, B.C. Janna provides specialized tax solutions to owner-managed businesses across a wide range of industries. Janna helps her clients by delivering tailored corporate and personal tax planning, corporate reorganizations, business acquisitions and sales, and estate and succession planning.
Janna obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from the University of Calgary in 2005. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2008, and completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program in 2013. She is an active member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, reflecting her commitment to excellence in tax advisory and estate planning.
