Joe Cirrincione

Based in the Montréal office, Joe Cirrincione is a Senior Manager and Leader of MNP’s External Financial Advisory (EFA) practice in the Quebec region. He works with our clients in supervisory and staff replacement roles, providing oversight to management on financial reporting, operational analytics, and budgeting.

Joe’s vast experience working at small, medium, and large public companies enables him to lead multiple finance functions within an organization. These include professional services, governance, management, policies and procedures, strategic planning, corporate finance, regulated healthcare, and training.

Joe is a senior business advisor and transformational leader with more than two decades of progressively responsible experience, as a consultant, in public practice, as well as in the public and private sectors, focused primarily on the technology industry. His background includes assurance, system implementations, policy development and implementation, performance measurement, and process improvement. His experience also encompasses taxes, budgets, forecasts, analysis, strategic sourcing, software and subscription revenue, Software as a Service (SaaS) customer contracts, and capital markets.

He is recognized for his strong business sense, hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Over the course of his career, he has also worked at a wide range of companies, from a technology startup to large multinational companies across North America and Europe.
