Jonah is a member of MNP’s Insurance Services team in Toronto. He brings more than 15 years of experience in tax and estate planning for high and ultra-high net-worth individuals, families, and private corporations to his role. He helps his clients ensure their family, business, and legacy are well taken care of.

Jonah distills complex strategies allowing clients to appreciate their impact and applications. He ensures that each insurance strategy will work in conjunction with the client’s tax and estate plans. He works with a variety of clients, including professionals, entrepreneurs, business operators and generational wealthy families. He seeks to clarify the complexities and alleviate the stresses that could arise when discussing taxes and estate planning, and what it will mean for those they leave behind.

Before joining MNP, Jonah was a tax lawyer where his practice focused on business succession planning, estate planning, advising on and drafting family trusts, and structuring and implementing tax-efficient sales and purchases of businesses.

Jonah earned a law degree (LLB) from Queen’s University in 2007. He is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), and a writer and speaker on topics relating to tax, estate, and insurance planning.
