Josée-Christine is a Partner with MNP’s Consulting Services team in Montréal. She brings close to three decades of experience working with small and medium-sized enterprises in a variety of industries, including financial services and real estate, to her role. Josée-Christine helps clients with business transformation for growth, strategic realignment, succession planning, and integration following a merger or acquisition.

She helps entrepreneurs and leaders bring about important strategic changes, guided by her core values of honesty and the desire to make an impact.

Josée-Christine takes a pragmatic approach to growth management to ensure that businesses achieve sustainability through a strong and positive culture, simple and attainable strategic goals, and effective implementation. Thanks to her wealth of business, talent, and culture management experience, she helps clients think strategically, rework their business structure, and evolve their governance.

Before joining MNP, Josée-Christine was an entrepreneur and held corporate leadership positions, including vice-president of human resources. A corporate director since 2012, she sits on several boards and is a member of multiple governance and human resources committees.

Bilingual in French and English, Josée-Christine earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in human resources and finance from l’Université Laval in 1995 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in financial services from Dalhousie University in 2007. She completed the Director’s Education Program (DEP) in 2012 and is a Director with the Institute of Corporate Directors (Institut des administrateurs de sociétés, Administratrice ‒ IAS.A). She is a member of the Order of Accredited Human Resources Advisers (Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés ‒ CRHA).
