Karl is a member of MNP’s Tax Services team in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. With close to a decade of experience, Karl is a dedicated professional committed to helping each client reach their business goals with innovative and efficient solutions.

Focused on Canadian and transaction tax, including financing, shareholder agreements, and business valuation, Karl works with construction, real estate, manufacturing, and processing industries, among others. His areas of specialization include mergers and acquisitions, estates, and tax audits. He also has a deep knowledge of assurance engagements.

Over the course of his career, Karl has gained the trust of a diversified set of clients, including healthcare and business professionals, small- to mid-size businesses, and large companies.

Bilingual in French and English, Karl earned a Master of Taxation (MTax) from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is a CPA Auditor.

Karl sits on the board of directors of the Fondation de l’Hôpital du Suroît, serving as its president since 2020.
