Ketlyn is a member of MNP’s Consulting Services team in Vancouver. She brings nearly two decades of experience working as a human resources advisor and generalist.

Ketlyn builds strong connections among business leaders and employees through open and targeted communication as part of an empowered and collaborative team. Her attention to detail and deep listening skills allow her to help businesses flourish. She prides herself in fostering business development at all levels within an organization, leading to overall improvements in workplace wellbeing. Her goal is to facilitate and support those she works with to find success by discovering their true potential.

Ketlyn’s experience spans not-for-profit organizations and private businesses within the mental health field, legal publishing, engineering, and other industries across Canada.

Ketlyn earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in psychology from Trent University in 2000 and a Human Resources Post-Diploma Certificate from Durham College in 2005. She holds a Mental Health First Aid Certificate and Train-the-Trainer Certificate in Extreme Leadership from Developmental Dimensions International.
