Leanne Douglas is a strategic change enablement leader with MNP. For over 20 years, she has assisted organizations in improving the effectiveness of their workforce, which has included facilitating organizational change through Executive coaching and delivering culture shift and change programs for strategic initiatives. Leanne holds a Master of Arts degree from Concordia University specialized in organizational development and learning. Leanne was one of the first 75 people worldwide to be granted the global Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) which recognizes her expertise in the field. She was also nominated to ACMP’s Ignitors Network, which is a global network of 100 change management experts selected to serve as a leadership network based on their expertise in the field and dedication to the profession. Leanne has designed and delivered change management programs for dozens of post-secondary, private and public-sector organizations, as well as a change management training certificate program that is recognized as qualified education under the global Association of Change Management Professionals. Leanne believes passionately in the importance of paying attention to an organization’s health and fostering strong and agile workforces in ways that give staff and leaders a voice in times of change.
