Lisa is a Partner with MNP Digital Services team in Ottawa, where she leads the firm’s Digital Experience Solutions group. With more than two decades of experience in client experience and digital technologies, she guides organizations through transformative digital initiatives. Lisa helps clients uncover operational efficiencies, design new digital experiences, and develop innovative services and products. She demystifies complex digital landscapes, ensuring that clients choose solutions aligned with their organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. Through design thinking, she engages stakeholders to deeply understand challenges, fostering holistic problem-solving.
Lisa’s experience spans digital marketing strategy, user experience and client experience design, as well as management consulting, advanced analytics, and agile project management. She has successfully led numerous large-scale technology integrations, notably in implementing digital experience platforms, advanced analytics, collaboration environments, Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions, and enterprise resource planning systems. She helps organizations map client journeys, define service delivery models, establish digital experience and technology road maps, and deploy solutions using agile methodologies.
In addition, Lisa is a leader in AI enablement and adoption planning. She has spearheaded the development of AI strategies that empower teams to harness AI for enhanced business outcomes, designing enablement programs that accelerate positive adoption and skill-building. Lisa is adept at crafting Microsoft 365 Copilot strategies and roadmaps, guiding organizations in integrating Copilot’s capabilities across the Microsoft 365 suite to drive both productivity and innovation. She has defined AI best practices for governance, ensuring responsible implementation, regulatory compliance, and the ethical stewardship of AI systems. Her comprehensive approach balances technology adoption with practical governance, equipping organizations to realize the full value of AI while maintaining trust and transparency.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Carleton University. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and is certified in Prosci Change Management.
