Neha Sahi, CPA

Neha is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Winnipeg. She brings more than 16 years of experience to her role providing tailored assurance, tax and consulting services to clients across Manitoba, as well as several more years of international experience, in India. Her approach is grounded in strong relationships, technical excellence, and a genuine drive to help her clients succeed.

Neha has deep experience working with not-for-profit organizations, including those reporting under Accounting Standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations (ASNPO). She understands the unique challenges and reporting nuances of the not-for-profit sector, and is passionate about helping purpose-driven organizations thrive.

In addition, Neha works closely with privately held businesses in the professional services, retail, and manufacturing sectors.

 She has served as the acting CFO for a Manitoba-based technology accelerator, giving her valuable insight into the operational and strategic side of business growth.

Neha’s advisory services span strategic consulting, and tax planning, including entity structuring, expansion strategy, and preparing businesses for sale

Neha’s tax knowledge supports her clients across a wide range of planning and compliance needs. To deepen her expertise and enhance the value she brings to clients, Neha is currently enrolled in CPA Canada's In-Depth Tax Program — Canada’s most comprehensive tax training course — positioning her to assist with increasingly complex tax issues and strategies.

Prior to joining MNP, Neha was the head of Audit Services at a Winnipeg accounting firm.

In addition to her professional role, she is involved in her family’s business, which offers Airbnb cabins for rent as well as a campground in the Lac Du Bonnet area northeast of Winnipeg. 

Neha graduated from the University of Rajasthan, India in 2006 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Commerce (MComm). She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2012 (Canada; and 2006 in India).

Neha is committed to giving back to the community and has served as treasurer on the board of a local not-for-profit organization. She is a speaker, panelist, and networking event organizer, and also helps welcome and support new immigrants as they integrate into Canadian society.
