Olivier Côté, CPA, EEE/CBV

Olivier is a Senior Manager with MNP’s Valuations and Corporate Finance Services team in Rimouski. With more than a decade of accounting, finance, and advisory experience, he delivers valuations, financial disputes, and transaction support to clients in a wide variety of industries.

Olivier has led many engagements involving valuations, damage quantifications, due diligence, corporate finance, and acquisition and sales support. He works with clients in industries that include manufacturing, transportation, construction, retail, food and beverage processing, and professional services. Creative, outgoing, and attentive to details, he explains complex financial concepts in layman’s terms while offering his clients clear and tailored business solutions.

Olivier is a speaker, instructor, and communicator who regularly shares his business valuation and transfer expertise, including with Repreneuriat Québec (formerly the Centre de transfert d’entreprise du Québec), business partners, and his colleagues at MNP. His articles include “L’évaluation d’entreprise, accessible aux PME” and “Le BAIIA et pourquoi l’ajuster dans un contexte d’évaluation d’entreprise”, published in Vitalité économique magazine.

A recipient of a 2024 Excella award from the Ordre des CPA du Québec in recognition of his leadership, Olivier is actively involved in his community and contributes to MNP’s growth through his leadership and his support of up-and-coming accountants.
