Patricia Katz is a Manager with MNP’s Consulting Services team. She has over a decade of experience supporting strategic initiatives with change management, communications, marketing, and project management across the country. Patricia has led change management and communications efforts to help large groups of diverse stakeholders adopt changes to organizational culture and strategy. She has developed and implemented strategies to enhance the change leadership abilities of organizational leaders at all levels, from Executives to frontline supervisors. She has also designed creative solutions for communicating training and engaging staff in strategic initiatives and organizational culture changes. She takes an active role in working with transformation leaders to set directional priorities and execute the plan.
