Working out of MNP’s Moncton office, Patrick is a Partner and Senior Business Advisor, Tax Services, with nearly a decade-and-a-half of experience in both industry and consulting. His primary focus is on helping small and mid-sized owner-managed businesses in the fishing, construction, professional health care, manufacturing and retail industries grow their operations.

Patrick’s experience spans several functional areas, including tax planning and compliance for individuals, corporations, and estates; compensation planning; succession; business purchases and sales of private corporations and corporate reorganizations. He also helps private corporations apply for the New Brunswick Small Business investors tax credit and provides tax and financial advice to help clients maximize the potential of their business.

Patrick is also experienced at helping large corporations expand their businesses in Canada. He was Tax Department manager at a Big Four firm and at his own firm prior to joining MNP. A leader in his field, he has significant knowledge and experience in regulatory affairs and financial compliance, policy development and implementation, performance measurement and process improvements.

Patrick earned a Bachelor in Business in accounting in 2007 from Université de Moncton. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2010. He completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program in 2013.

Patrick is bilingual in French and English.
