Patrick Ruscitti is a Partner and member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting team in Vancouver. He works with privately held corporations and family run businesses, helping them strategically plan for growth, succession, asset protection, investment, obtaining/relieving debt, and the minimization of taxes.

With a mix of both public practice and entrepreneurial experience, Patrick excels at explaining complex strategic, tax, and accounting matters in a way that is easy to understand. A trusted advisor to his clients, he has assisted in several company sales, purchases, mergers, and expansions, and has advised against moving forward with such transactions when that was the best move for his client.

Patrick is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of B.C. and the Financial Planning Standards Council. He received his Chartered General Accountant (CPA, CGA) designation in 2002 and his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2009.
