Paul is a Partner with MNP’s Enterprise Risk Services team in Edmonton. A purpose-driven leader with more than two decades of experience in internal audit and risk management, Paul is known for his high energy, infectious enthusiasm, and deep care for people — clients, colleagues, and teams alike. He invests deeply in relationships - learning what matters most to clients and how they want to grow —and helping them achieve their business and personal goals.

Paul works closely with a wide variety of clients, including those in the public sector (provincial government, Crown corporations, municipalities, post-secondary institutions, and not-for-profit organizations), financial services (banks, credit unions, investment management, pension administration), power and utilities, and mining.

His services include internal audit and controls; enterprise risk management; information technology risk and controls; governance and compliance; and business process improvement.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm, cooperative education) from the University of Alberta in 2006 and a Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) from the University of Saskatchewan in 2009. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying in 2009 and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA, 2020).

Deeply community-minded, Paul serves on the audit committee for Plast Ukrainian Scouts, where he also volunteers as a Scout leader. He has been featured in CPA Alberta’s Dividends magazine and is known nationally for his people-first leadership approach.
