Rebecca Xu, CPA, CA, is a Partner and Business Advisor with MNP in Vancouver. As a member of the firm’s China Services team, Rebecca delivers a full suite of assurance and accounting services to companies in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, resource, online gaming, pharmaceutical and power generation as well as to exempt market dealers, asset managers and related investment funds. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Drawing on more than 18 years of experience, Rebecca delivers customized solutions and advice to help private and public companies in Canada and China achieve greater levels of success. She has been involved with numerous public offerings for companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture exchanges, as well as the Canadian Securities Exchange and Over The Counter exchange. Rebecca’s services also include helping with due diligence during mergers and acquisitions so clients can make informed decisions.

Rebecca has a Master of Management and Professional Accounting degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
