Managing Director

Ruann is a Managing Director with MNP’s Corporate Finance team in Vancouver, focusing on transaction advisory services, including divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, capital restructuring, and raising debt and equity.

Ruann is experienced in a diverse range of industries, and actively works with clients in manufacturing, distribution, transportation, construction, food and beverage, and health care.

Prior to joining MNP, he was a manager at a Big Four firm, delivering assurance services to private enterprises.

Ruann earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in finance and accounting from Simon Fraser University in 2011. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2013.
