Ryan is a member of MNP’s Tax Services team in Sudbury-Bouchard. Ryan serves owner-managed businesses large and small, with a particular focus on tax planning for private corporate groups and the families who own them.

Ryan helps clients in all industries with corporate reorganizations and structure, including estate planning, personal tax planning, succession planning, and business sales and acquisitions. He also helps clients in their dealings and disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency, providing support on audits, appeals, and an abundance of other tax matters.

Ryan enjoys educating clients about Canada’s complex tax system, helping them navigate it and giving them comfort over their business affairs and planning from a tax perspective. He excels at breaking problems down into their component parts to identify effective and creative paths forward.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in 2013 from the University of Toronto. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2017.
