Sally is a Partner with MNP’s Canadian Tax Services group in Vancouver. Drawing on more than a decade of experience, Sally works closely with private enterprise clients to deliver tailored, practical advice and solutions.

Sally specializes in value-oriented tax planning and tax compliance. She is committed to supporting her clients in achieving their financial goals, which could include everything from tax optimization, corporate simplification, and corporate reorganizations, to estate planning and family succession. Sally also has significant experience in business acquisitions and divestitures, as well as divisive reorganizations. She works with clients of all sizes, from technology start-ups to global firms, and from a variety of industries, including real estate, technology, manufacturing, and professional services.

Sally earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Simon Fraser University in 2011. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2014. Sally has completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax and In-Depth Corporate Reorganization courses.
