Tamika is a member of MNP’s Real Estate and Construction Services team in Markham. She brings more than 15 years of assurance and accounting experience — providing audit services to entities in both Canada and Bermuda — to her role. She works with clients in a variety of industries, including real estate development and property ownership, hotel and hospitality, retail and distribution. She also serves not-for- profit organizations and charities.

Tamika is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and owner-managers succeed and understands first-hand the hard work, drive, and determination that it takes for them to do so. She firmly believes that truly understanding her clients requires a trusting relationship built on empathy and compassion. Tamika seeks to be a listening ear to support her clients in achieving their business and personal goals.

Tamika earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from McMaster University in 2004. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2008. She is active in her community, working with community leaders to combat systemic barriers and create community and connections for racialized youth. She sits on several boards and advisory committees, providing insights and strategic support for organizations focused on the advancement of youth across Canada.
