As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Store Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the next phase of our company’s success.

The Senior Store Manager will oversee daily retail operations, lead and inspire a passionate team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership, operational management, and horticultural knowledge.
