Environmental 360 Solutions (E360S) was founded in 2018 and is dedicated to becoming North America's leading environmental management company. E360S provides environmental and waste management solutions to municipalities, and commercial and industrial customers. E360S is based in Aurora, Ontario.

Groupe POL Inc. was founded in 2008 and specializes in the collection of used passenger and industrial tires across the province of Quebec under agreement with Recyc-Quebec.  Revalorisation TPOL Inc., founded in 2018, processes collected tires into chips used in aggregate, waste to energy, and granulated crumb rubber used in manufacturing.

The acquisition provides E360S with vertically integrated used tire collection and processing infrastructure and supports E360S’ mission of supporting the circular economy by ensuring used tires are collected in an efficient manner and processed into granulated crumb rubber to be used in the manufacturing of goods
