Based in Aurora, Ontario, Environmental 360 Solutions ("E360S") was founded in 2018 and is dedicated to becoming North America's leading environmental management company. E360S provides environmental and waste management solutions to municipalities, and commercial and industrial customers.
GFL Environmental Inc. ("GFL"), headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, is the fourth largest diversified environmental services company in North America, providing a comprehensive line of solid waste management, liquid waste management and soil remediation services through its platform of facilities across Canada and in more than half of the U.S. states.
The acquisition will provide E360S with seven new facilities, including Kelowna, Prince George and Nanaimo in British Columbia, Lloydminster, Nobleford, Big Valley in Alberta including Maidstone in Saskatchewan.
