Rofael Corporation has acquired Manitoulin's Family of Guardian Pharmacies. MNP Corporate Finance Inc. acted as exclusive financial advisor to Manitoulin's Family of Guardian Pharmacies in structuring and negotiating this transaction.

This transaction has allowed the shareholders of Manitoulin’s Family of Guardian Pharmacies to implement their succession strategy, while ensuring their legacy as dedicated healthcare professionals to the community of Manitoulin Island is upheld in their retirement. With the acquisition of Manitoulin’s Family of Guardian Pharmacies, Rofael Corporation has strategically expanded their ownership of pharmacies into northwestern Ontario.
Manitoulin’s Family of Guardian Pharmacies consists of three pharmacies located throughout Manitoulin Island, in Little Current, Mindemoya and Manitowaning. For more than 30 years, the shareholders have established, grown and operated the pharmacies, while proudly serving a meaningful amount of the Manitoulin Island's population.
Rofael Corporation is owned and operated by a group of dedicated healthcare professionals with several pharmacies in the Greater Toronto Area, southeastern Ontario and southwestern Ontario. This acquisition will allow Rofael Corporation to grow their footprint into northwestern Ontario.
